Services that we offer
At Dr. Robinson's office we offer a large selection of services to better serve both your dental needs and cosmetic concerns.
Physical Evaluation (Examination)
Great Dentistry has advanced from its early concerns with relief of pain, repair and replacement to its present interests in prevention of disease and provision of service to the public. Diagnosis as a discipline of dentistry has moved beyond detection of cavities and periodontal disease to evaluation of the total patient. At your first visit with Dr. Robinson, a comprehensive evaluation will be performed, including all necessary X-rays and photographs. This will include a head and neck cancer screening, periodontal and dental examination, occlusal analysis (how you bite) and a discussion of the patients cosmetic desires, if any. Expect to be with us for 1.5 hours for this initial appointment.
When a patient loses a tooth, for any reason, an implant is the best way to permanently replace the tooth.
Using tooth-colored materials such as composite, porcelain and zirconium, we can carefully match the color and shape of your natural teeth to restore broken or decayed teeth, close gaps and spaces, and even correct crooked or crowded teeth. For the ultimate in beauty and durability, we use all ceramic E-max bonded veneers or full crowns. Direct composite bonded veneers can be used for a more economical solution to smile improvement.
Extractions- If a tooth is infected, full of decay or loose, and a root canal is out of the question, removal is usually the only option. Dr. Robinson is an expert when it comes to extractions and he does one or more almost every week.
Bone Grafts- Bone grafts are used to build up a patient's bone in a certain area so that the area can take and hold an implant.
Restorative Dentistry (Prosthodontics)
From traditional silver, gold or porcelain fillings to new, cutting edge all ceramic, zirconium and titanium restorations, Dr. Robinson has the training and equipment to restore or replace your teeth!
Dental Hygiene (Periodontics)
Regular dental cleanings are a very important part of your dental health. Our experienced and dedicated team of hygienists will keep your teeth and gums looking and feeling great. Our Hygienists are also skilled in the detection of decay, gum disease and oral pathology (lumps, bumps, sores, etc). They are also well trained and experienced in the treatment and maintenance of patients with more advanced periodontal disease, providing local anesthesia, scaling and root planning and personalized home care instruction.
